I think that your site is very useful and postive. I especially like your links for your charity and your church. The one for your charity informs the youth and others that it is more than football its also about the community. The link to your church let's everyone know that GOD is definitely in the picture. My only dislike is the fact that the crazy fan run others away but I do not think you can stop that. Keep up the good work. Be blessed.
Great site, Roy! You've always been a class act, so it's always nice to hear what you have to say. Oh, and congrats on losing the 20 pounds...now lets see what those clowns who call you an "overrated biscuit," come up with when you have yet another great year, only this time leaner!
I am ready to see you BUST SOME HEADS tomorrow night. Show those not so polite people that you are not an overrated biscuit but you are 3 hotcakes, 2 sausage links, and 2 soft scamble eggs. You are the REAL deal and I have no doubt that you will have an exceptional year this year. You will not only run faster but hit harder and more often.
I am saddend by the fact that the Cowboys franchise has cut veteran CB Aaron Glenn. I feel that he was a great asset to the Cowboys. Roy I don't know if you can comment on this so I will poise this question to the other bloggers. How do you all feel about this? I just pray that head coach Wade Phillips did the right thing.
Nubian, I hadn't heard about that cut, but I did read about coach Wilson being suspended for steroids which shocked me greatly. How will this suspension effect the team and the line he coaches, who will fill his spot during this time.
Roy will you be at the "Bowling with the boy night?" What type benefit is this, I would like to contribute if possible.
Southern softeness I read the article where Wade Phillips cut Aaron Glenn under Roy's link what's happening. It states that veteran CB Aaron Glenn has been cut. It is right under the article where it talks about Gramatica has been added to the injured list. I know that someone will pick up Glenn because he is a good footballer.
Southern softness thanks for the update on who signed Aaron Glenn. Unfrortunately you are right just about everything is about the all mighty dollar. I just pray that Phillips and Jones has a good backup plan.

It happened the yesterday, but when I tried again, it appeared that you had made an update to your website. I guess when you are updating your page, it does not allow message posts? I had the same difficulty a couple of times tonight.
After numerous attempts I am able to post this one. Must be a problem with my Internet functionality. I would like to know more about Roy. I suppose I could browse the web, but it's much more meaningful hearing from you. For instance how you spend time with your family and how you sing occassionally. And what you do after game time when your dad is in town. This one's late but, what you did for your birthday. Things about Roy.
