Roy that would be great. Thank you in advance for the info. Also are you going to lose more weight or just add more muscle?

Yes I went to the website and read about the products being offered for weight loss. I am contemplating on whether I will order the 9 day or 30 day weight loss program. Right now I am eating approximately 1000 calories a day and working out 5-7 days a week for about 30-60 minutes. I have lost 25 pounds since June 27,2007. I write down everything I eat and I measure everything I eat. I also write down what type of activity I do and for how long. I remember telling my doctor that I don't consume that much food per day and so he suggested that if I really want to lose weight then I had to do those things listed above. What do you know it works. But I do know that I want to try the Isagenix program around Thanksgiving and or Christmas time I just don't know which one I want to do. I want to try the program out for myself and if it works like some of the success stories I have read then I will do a newsletter giving Roys' website to my co-workers at DW H.S.to encourage them to try the products themselves.

Southern Softeness are you going to try it the Isagenix program?

Roy I would say that the Dallas Cowboys are off to a good start. Of course there were mistakes made but you all pulled it off. I read that Ferguson will be out for the whole season so my question for you is who will try to fill in his shoes?

Good Game

Let us all keep NFL player Kevin Everett in our prayers. I know that the orthopedic surgeon stated today that he thinks that a full recovery is slim to none. But I know a man who can heal anybody with just a thought or spoken word. Just in case nobody saw the game between the Denver Broncos and the Buffalo Bills. Well Kevin went in for a tackle and he lower his head. When he did this he hit another players leg before falling to the ground. He may be paralyzed from the neck down. I do know that he had like a 4 hour surgery today. He is a fellow Texan I believe from the Houston area. So lets keep Kevin and his family in our prayers. Kevin is 25 years old.

Correction Kevin Everett actually hit (the player on Colorados' team), on side of his helment. I know that I am missing something. But anyway Kevin moved his arms and legs voluntarily today. Thank God for that because he is the only one who can perform a miracle like this one. Eventhough the Dr. Green in Miami said that he wouldn't call it a miracle but how science can help to improve circumstances when the right tx is started in a timely manner. Okay I paraphased this.
